Position Summary: To create shop sheets and drawings for the production of doors, frames and etc. Communicate in a professional manner with customers, production and other employees to ensure accurate product fabrication. Update information in the File Maker computer system and follow-up on jobs that are in hold, on an as needed basis. Complete other projects as assigned.

• Create work orders for production from drawings and order forms supplied by customers.
• Work with customers to provide them with the correct product for their application.
• Handle any special projects that are assigned.
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with internal and external customers.

• High school Diploma/GED.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
• High energy with a sense of urgency.

• Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate office equipment, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently required to talk and hear.
• Frequently required to sit for long periods of time.
• Required to occasionally stand and walk.
• Occasionally required to lift, push, pull and/or move up to (20lbs)
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Safety glasses are always required on the production floor.
• Hearing protection is required in designated areas.
