Full-Time – Hourly, Non-Exempt (40 hrs/week; additional hours as needed to support organization and individual goals)

Our operators and machinists work with all kinds of equipment used in the tool-making process; CNC lathes and mills, grinders, wire and sinker EDM machines, heat treat furnaces, etc. They’re the backbone of our organization. To be successful, you must demonstrate a willingness to learn, exceptional work ethic, and mechanical aptitude.

• Read process sheets, blueprints, and sketches
• Set-up and operate machines
• Monitor the production process
• Perform and document specified inspection criteria
• Move parts and paperwork to the next stage of production
• Maintain work areas and equipment

• Mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Critical thinking and a drive for problem-solving

• Ability to read and interpret documents including blueprints and sketches
