Overview

Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Nunica, Michigan

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with Friday overtime as needed

Pay Range: Based on experience

Job Summary: The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality wood components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and program CNC machines to produce wood components per job orders
  • Monitor machines for quality and efficiency, making adjustments as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Maintain accurate production records and report issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Prior CNC operation experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
