We are a well-established custom machine shop known for precision, innovation, and quality. Serving industries that demand tight tolerances and complex geometries, we specialize in custom components and short-run production. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who excels in complex setups and thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.

• Set up and operate CNC 5 Axis Mills, CNC Lathes, and Wire EDM machines for complex and custom parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
• Adjust offsets, tooling, and fixtures to maintain tight tolerances
• Perform in‑process inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators)
• Troubleshoot issues with programs, setups, or tooling
• Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S principles
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical challenges

Salary $25 - $33 per hour
