Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, providing regular updates on project status.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and customer specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and resource management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality control standards.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems relevant to manufacturing operations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
• Experience with automation projects or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
