Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on metal componentsli>
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
  • Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and positioning.
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and products as required.
Recommended Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., D1.1, D1.2, D1.3) or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of hands‑on welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding and adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Experience with various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, overhead crane).
  • Proficiency in operating various metal fabrication tools (e.g., grinders, saws, drills).
  • Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering schematics.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and basic inspection techniques.
