$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

The primary function of a Utility/General Laborer is the safe and proper use of equipment, placement of and movement of product and materials while maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all. This role is also responsible for providing support to the production floor by maintaining packaging supplies and removal of scrap/damaged parts. Schedule is 12‑hour shifts, working 14 days a month.

Full time pay and benefits for working half the month.

• Operate HI-LO and other equipment in a safe manner
• Provide support to the plant in relation to the movement of product and material and supplies
• Move recycling material to and from the staging area
• Keep outside facility grounds clean and free from hazards (salting walkways, picking up debris, and other duties)
• Perform light janitorial work inside the plant
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Must be 18 years of age
• Have 1‑year HI-LO experience
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical
