This position is responsible for improving and sustaining industrial manufacturing operations through the design, analysis, and optimization of production systems. The role focuses on increasing efficiency, controlling cost, improving material flow, and supporting quality and safety objectives across manufacturing environments.

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, labor utilization, production rates, and workflow using statistical and engineering methods.
• Develop and maintain production standards, capacity models, and efficiency metrics.
• Plan and sequence manufacturing operations to support effective fabrication and assembly processes.
• Design and document equipment layouts, material flow, and workspace configurations to maximize productivity.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and operational data to support manufacturing execution.
• Prepare and present data visualizations, including charts and diagrams, to identify downtime drivers, corrective actions, and root cause validation.
• Coordinate logistics activities, including material delivery schedules, storage planning, and forecast-based adjustments.
• Generate supporting documentation such as project schedules, quotes, purchase orders, and tool or equipment requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations leadership to define and achieve quality, reliability, and performance standards.
• Support operational continuity by providing on‑call assistance during equipment or process disruptions when required.
• Contribute to departmental and organizational health and safety objectives.

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and hands‑on technical experience.
• Two to four years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing support role.

• Proficiency with standard business software applications.
• Experience with industrial control systems, programmable logic controllers, and robotic platforms.
• Working knowledge of CAD software for layout and process design.
