Machinist

Location: XL Machine, Three Rivers

Employment Type: Full-Time (Mon-Thur 5AM-3:30PM)

• Review blueprints, work orders, and specifications to plan machining operations.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, ensuring proper tooling, alignment, and calibration.
• Interpret GD&T and use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy.
• Monitor machining processes, make adjustments, and replace tools as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Document production data and communicate effectively across shifts.

• 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist I or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CNC setup and operation (mills and lathes).
• Proficiency with blueprints, GD&T, and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to work independently — including building fixtures and tooling.
• Aerospace machining experience is a plus.
