Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour, plus bonus and benefits.

Job Tasks
  • Read blueprints and build equipment consistent with the print.
  • MIG welding, hardwire/spray transfer welding, full fabrication.
  • Verify weldments are within specifications using squares, rulers, and measuring tapes.
  • Move parts into position manually or with a hoist or crane.
  • Set up and operate fabricating machines to cut, form, punch, and drill components, including handheld plasma cutters, grinders, drill presses, and ironworkers.
  • Lay out and examine weldments to ensure specifications are met.
  • Tack‑weld fitted parts together.
  • Deburr, prepare, and tag parts and weldments for next process.
  • Check parts for compliance with the Quality Control program guidelines.
Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Proficient at reading a tape measure.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
  • Previous experience driving a 'hilo'.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver's license.
