Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour, plus bonus and benefits.
Job Tasks- Read blueprints and build equipment consistent with the print.
- MIG welding, hardwire/spray transfer welding, full fabrication.
- Verify weldments are within specifications using squares, rulers, and measuring tapes.
- Move parts into position manually or with a hoist or crane.
- Set up and operate fabricating machines to cut, form, punch, and drill components, including handheld plasma cutters, grinders, drill presses, and ironworkers.
- Lay out and examine weldments to ensure specifications are met.
- Tack‑weld fitted parts together.
- Deburr, prepare, and tag parts and weldments for next process.
- Check parts for compliance with the Quality Control program guidelines.
- 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Proficient at reading a tape measure.
- Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Previous experience driving a 'hilo'.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 18 years or older.
- Valid driver's license.
