About the Position:
MLC Manufacturing is looking for a reliable and motivated 1st Shift Material Handler to join our team. This role is a key part of daily production flow—moving material, scanning products, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate hi-lo/forklift safely and efficiently
- Load and unload steel trucks
- Perform barcoding, tagging, and scanning of parts to next operations
- Move raw material and finished product throughout facility
- Assist with general warehouse and shop floor organization
- Follow safety standards and production procedures
Requirements:
- Prior hi-lo/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
