As an Assembler, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, assembling, and packaging electrical enclosures, ensuring every product meets rigorous quality standards and is ready for safe shipment.

• Inspecting molded boxes for quality issues
• Assembling boxes and enclosures using rivets, hinge keepers, latches, and pins
• Packaging completed products to meet shipping requirements
• Verifying part dimensions and materials
• Wrapping skids for secure and damage‑free transportation
• Recording inventory with accuracy and attention to detail
• Identifying and documenting any non‑conforming parts
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following all ISO procedures, processes, flowcharts, and quality standards

• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a production environment with consistent processes
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus (but not required)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive, team‑based setting
