What You’ll DoAs an Assembler, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, assembling, and packaging electrical enclosures, ensuring every product meets rigorous quality standards and is ready for safe shipment.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Inspecting molded boxes for quality issues
- Assembling boxes and enclosures using rivets, hinge keepers, latches, and pins
- Packaging completed products to meet shipping requirements
- Verifying part dimensions and materials
- Wrapping skids for secure and damage‑free transportation
- Recording inventory with accuracy and attention to detail
- Identifying and documenting any non‑conforming parts
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all ISO procedures, processes, flowcharts, and quality standards
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a production environment with consistent processes
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus (but not required)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive, team‑based setting
