To clean the processing facilities nightly to Herbruck’s Quality Standards.

• Follow all company HACCP rules and GMPs
• Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble parts from equipment
• Operate power washer and air compressor to clean equipment
• Wet and scrub equipment
• Follow assigned cleaning and sanitizing checklist
• Perform any/all other duties assigned
• Report incidents of abuse, neglect or breach of bio‑security to preserve bird health and welfare

• At least 18 years of age
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• No routine contact with swine, birds or cattle

• Perform essential functions with or without accommodations
• Stand or walk for extended periods on concrete floors>
• Stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least 25 lb continuously
• Periodically lift up to 50 lb

• Follow all company safety rules
• Use proper PPE
• LOTO authorized per assigned duties
• Ladder safety trained
• Hearing conservation testing
