Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for new product introductions (NPI), process improvements, or facility upgrades.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project frameworks to optimize manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification.
• 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a production or industrial setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific manufacturing methodologies (e.g., Agile for Hardware, Industry 4.0 initiatives)
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS) for manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes within a manufacturing environment
