Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

• Lead the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies across production processes.
• Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste to develop effective improvement strategies.
• Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Manage and facilitate continuous improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and sustain gains.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and waste elimination throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and best practice sharing.

• Minimum of 5 years experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to apply Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma tools to drive measurable results.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple improvement projects from inception to sustainable implementation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in change management, training, and coaching teams at all organizational levels.

• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience implementing digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI)
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or advanced reliability engineering principles
