Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Oversee all reactive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and production interruptions.
- Manage the maintenance department budget, including spare parts inventory and external service procurement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
- Analyze maintenance performance data and KPIs to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Proven experience managing maintenance teams and operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical expertise in industrial machinery, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance budgeting.
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and best practices for industrial maintenance.
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Demonstrated experience with CMMS implementation, optimization, or major upgrades.
- Experience managing capital projects related to facility or equipment upgrades and installations.
- Proficiency with advanced predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
