Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Lead and champion the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across production processes.
- Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven approaches.
- Develop, manage, and execute continuous improvement projects from conception to sustainment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process optimization, defect reduction, and productivity enhancements.
- Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
- Strong proficiency in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED).
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant operational improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Industry 4.0 or Smart Manufacturing integration projects.
- Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for process optimization.
- Certified in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
