This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Studio Manager located in Northville, MI. The Studio Manager will oversee day‑to‑day studio operations, lead and motivate team members, and ensure the highest level of customer service. The role also includes managing sales initiatives, scheduling staff, maintaining inventory, and creating an environment that encourages productivity and employee engagement. Additionally, the Studio Manager supports the delivery of health and wellness services while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Proven leadership skills in Team Leadership and the ability to manage and inspire a high‑performing team
• Experience in Sales, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
• Project Management capabilities to effectively oversee operations and implement organizational strategies
• Adaptability and problem‑solving skills to handle situations proactively and efficiently
• Familiarity with wellness or health‑related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
