Building and Grounds Supervisor – Laveer Engineering

WECTEC Staffing Services (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC) is recruiting for a Building and Grounds Supervisor on a long-term contract.

Location:

Bridgman, MI. Role is onsite.

• Develop maintenance policies and procedures for building, grounds, and equipment.
• Manage all building systems: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, waste management, grounds management, and snow removal.
• Lead and train staff in daily upkeep and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure work follows safety standards, specifications, and is tracked and completed.
• Oversee contractors for facility renovation projects.
• Order and maintain inventory of supplies required for operations.
• Support hiring and discipline processes of employees.
• Ensure project, department milestones, and goals are met safely.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience or 4+ years of building and grounds experience.
• Must pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screening (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD products), and employment testing.
