• Monitor traffic speed, driving and other road safety issues
• Respond and handle any medical emergencies within Birchwood and West Traverse Township
• Conduct property inspections as requested by POA members

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent
• License as an EMT-B/CPR-BLS (current) or higher
• Some experience in security/safety or related field preferred
• Be able to pass an extensive background/drug-screening test
• Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods; use hands and fingers; climb and balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl frequently; talk and hear with no impediments; lift up to 100 pounds; drive a motor vehicle; judge distances and spatial relationships; have three-dimensional vision; work in all weather conditions
