Hours are 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm during the school year and reduced to part‑time hours during the day through the summer months.

• Daily vacuuming of every classroom.
• Daily vacuuming of Media Center, principal offices, staff rooms, and computer labs.
• Daily vacuuming of hallways.
• Daily emptying of wastebaskets throughout the school and deposit trash in dumpster.
• Daily cleaning of sinks and toilets in assigned restrooms.
• Daily washing of restroom floors.
• Weekly cleaning of glass on hallway and classroom doors.
• Responsible to ensure the gym doors are locked after end of practices and games.
• Responsible to ensure lights are turned off in classrooms and restrooms before leaving the building.
• Responsible to ensure the building is locked and secure before leaving work.

• Has the ability to perform manual tasks, such as lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
• Has the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Has the ability to follow instructions and maintain a hospitable and favorable relationship with people.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Cleaning experience preferred.

• Reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Is accountable to the School Principal for job performance.
