Supply Chain Manager - Rockford Area

Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation for raw materials, components, and services.
• Optimize inventory levels across the manufacturing process to minimize carrying costs and ensure material availability.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities to meet production and customer demands.
• Implement robust demand forecasting and production planning processes to align with sales targets and operational capacity.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and material shortages.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution.
• Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead procurement strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with global trade compliance and international logistics
