Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing.
• Manage all aspects of raw material procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations.
• Implement and oversee robust inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Direct inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations for raw materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate closely with production planning to ensure timely material availability and smooth manufacturing processes.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions.

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in inventory management, logistics, procurement, and S&OP processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, drive process improvements, and develop strategic supply chain initiatives.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced planning and optimization software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python)
