- Responsible for the maintenance, design, and health of Honor's Microsoft 365 product stack (Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Entra, Intune, etc.) in collaboration with the Infrastructure Team.
- Ensures that Honor's Microsoft 365 services operate to the best of their capabilities while also proactively collaborating with end users to identify areas for improvement.
- Develops, tests, and maintains backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- As Honor's subject matter expert in Microsoft 365 services, effectively communicates updates across all channels and serves as an escalation point for advanced application and service troubleshooting for our IT support team.
- Responsible for Honor's Microsoft-based identity and access management tools, including single sign on and conditional access controls.
- Develops forward thinking, innovative solutions by collaborating with infrastructure team and management to ensure effective planning and implementation.
- Establishes and maintains comprehensive system documentation to promote consistency and strong lifecycle management controls.
- Operates with a security-first mindset and works closely with Honor's Information Security Team to review current and future controls for compliance with industry best-practices.
- Bachelor's degree, and/or Microsoft 365 Administrator Certifications; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- Three plus years of direct experience in Microsoft 365 products and services including Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Entra, Exchange, and Intune; as well Power Shell, Windows 11, and other Microsoft products and services.
- Identity and Access Management, Collaboration Services, SSO/SAML, Group Policy, Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, SAAS Administration experience required.
- Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
- Must be organized and able to create meaningful documentation.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
- Must be a highly detailed.
