Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing positions, including operators, technicians, and production supervisors.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and performance management for plant personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies and safety regulations pertinent to a manufacturing environment.
- Administer HR programs such as compensation, benefits, leave management, and HRIS data entry for the manufacturing workforce.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, including essential safety training and orientation specific to the production facility.
- Support the development and implementation of training initiatives, including skills development and leadership programs for manufacturing teams.
- Conduct HR investigations regarding workplace complaints, grievances, and policy violations within the plant.
- Minimum X years of HR Generalist experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and OSHA compliance requirements.
- Proven ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management within a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data management for reporting and analysis.
- Experience supporting a 24/7 or shift-based manufacturing workforce.
- Familiarity with safety compliance and regulations specific to manufacturing operations (e.g., OSHA).
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and how HR can support operational efficiency.
