Recruiter - Caledonia Area

Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

• Source and recruit skilled trades, production, engineering, and supervisory roles within manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for plant operations.
• Partner closely with manufacturing plant managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to offer extension and pre-employment checks.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company safety policies relevant to manufacturing.

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, or technical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates through various channels and strategies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical job requirements.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with various manufacturing processes (e.g., lean, GMP, automation).
• Experience recruiting for specialized manufacturing roles (e.g., engineers, skilled trades, production supervisors).
• Understanding of OFCCP regulations and compliance in a manufacturing context.
• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish).
• Experience developing employer branding strategies for technical or industrial talent.
