Talent Manager, Recruiter
Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Source and recruit candidates for a range of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, maintenance, and quality.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer for all factory-based positions.
- Partner with hiring managers on the shop floor to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for skilled trades and technical manufacturing roles.
- Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and facilitate the selection process for candidates in a production environment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to all hiring compliance standards relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or industrial roles.
- Proficiency in various sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, Linked In, niche sites) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including behavioral interviewing.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and technical skill requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades and production roles (e.g., welders, machinists, assembly technicians).
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments, including safety protocols and shift schedules.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through trade schools, industry-specific job boards, or local unions.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese) to support a diverse workforce.
