Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles within the manufacturing plant.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, safety orientations, and ongoing training and development programs for plant employees.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and corrective action plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, generating reports for workforce planning and compliance.
- Assist with the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes for the manufacturing workforce.
- 3-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong command of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA) and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution, particularly with hourly work forces.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and retention strategies for diverse manufacturing roles.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and experience supporting workplace safety initiatives.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety protocols
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with HRIS/timekeeping systems in a multi-shift, hourly environment
