Salary Range
$51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, engineering, and quality.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding, for plant-based positions.
- Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand department needs, technical requirements, and production schedules.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract skilled trades and general labor talent in competitive markets.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate pre‑employment processes specific to manufacturing, such as drug screens, background checks, and safety orientations.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide recruitment metrics to support workforce planning.
- Proven experience recruiting for various roles within the manufacturing sector (e.g., engineering, production, operations, skilled trades).
- Demonstrated expertise in full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, industry-specific platforms).
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with an ability to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of building rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with specific HRIS/ATS platforms common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Workday, UKG)
- Background in employer branding or social media recruiting for industrial roles
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws or safety regulations within a manufacturing environment
