Talent Manager, Recruiter
Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Source and recruit qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production operators, technicians, engineers, and quality control.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit within a manufacturing plant environment.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer extension for production and technical positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trades, engineers, and production talent for future needs in the manufacturing sector.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidates and manage recruitment data efficiently.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and best practices for attracting and retaining manufacturing talent.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract specialized talent for production, engineering, and operations roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, including behavioral and technical screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, skilled trades, or engineering disciplines.
- Experience with a major HRIS/ATS system (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, Greenhouse).
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English) to support diverse candidate pools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze recruitment data and report on key metrics.
- Experience leveraging advanced sourcing techniques beyond traditional job boards.
