• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit for plant environments.
• Oversee the offer process, background checks, and pre-employment screenings in compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions.
• Participate in career fairs and community outreach programs to attract top manufacturing talent.

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or engineering roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract qualified candidates for technical and skilled trade positions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, job functions, and industry-specific talent pools.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with common manufacturing processes (e.g., lean manufacturing, CNC machining).
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, production, or engineering roles within manufacturing.
• Understanding of local labor market dynamics for manufacturing talent.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support diverse candidate pools.
• Previous experience with high-volume recruitment in an industrial setting.
