Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified candidates using various platforms, including industry-specific job boards and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit for plant environments.
- Oversee the offer process, background checks, and pre-employment screenings in compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions.
- Participate in career fairs and community outreach programs to attract top manufacturing talent.
- Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or engineering roles.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract qualified candidates for technical and skilled trade positions.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, job functions, and industry-specific talent pools.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with common manufacturing processes (e.g., lean manufacturing, CNC machining).
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, production, or engineering roles within manufacturing.
- Understanding of local labor market dynamics for manufacturing talent.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support diverse candidate pools.
- Previous experience with high-volume recruitment in an industrial setting.
