Talent Manager, Recruiter
Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Source and attract qualified candidates for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate strategically with manufacturing hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and pre-boarding activities.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including industry-specific platforms and vocational partnerships, to identify manufacturing talent.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and serve as a brand ambassador for the manufacturing organization.
- Proven experience recruiting for various roles within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and typical job functions.
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support diverse work forces.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives specific to industrial sectors.
- Certification in a relevant HR or recruiting discipline (e.g., CIR, PHR).
