Talent Manager, HR Manager
Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures in a plant environment.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, disciplinary actions, and talent development programs.
- Develop and deliver training initiatives focused on safety, compliance, and essential manufacturing skills.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and HR information systems, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with operations leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retention strategies.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience, specifically within a manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations relevant to manufacturing (e.g., OSHA, FLSA, FMLA).
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in a production setting.
- Proven track record in developing and executing talent acquisition and retention strategies for production and skilled trades positions.
- Experience with HRIS systems and leveraging data for HR insights and decision-making.
- Experience with labor relations, including collective bargaining or union avoidance strategies.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse manufacturing workforce.
- Demonstrated experience supporting lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with HRIS and timekeeping systems commonly used in manufacturing environments (e.g., Kronos, ADP Workforce Now with shop floor integration).
