HR Manager, Talent Manager
Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The OpportunityWe are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking HR Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
- Administer performance management systems and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration for the manufacturing workforce.
- Collaborate with EHS to promote a safe working environment and manage workers' compensation claims.
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to meet operational demands.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and comprehensive knowledge of federal and state labor laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, OSHA)
- Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and retain talent for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering
- Experience partnering with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational goals and foster a safety-conscious culture
- Strong understanding of compensation, benefits administration, and performance management within a manufacturing workforce
- Multilingual proficiency, particularly Spanish.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Experience with union relations or proactive union avoidance strategies.
- Demonstrated involvement in safety culture initiatives or Workers' Compensation management.
