Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Location: Spring Lake
Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Source and recruit qualified candidates for production, skilled trades, engineering, and supervisory roles.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, manufacturing experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and screening to offer negotiation and pre-employment checks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for current and future manufacturing talent needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Proven experience recruiting for a diverse range of roles within manufacturing environments (e.g., production, engineering, quality, maintenance).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical skill sets, and industry-specific hiring challenges.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, niche job boards).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective behavioral interviews and assess candidate technical and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build rapport with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Familiarity with specific manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, welding, automation).
- Multilingual proficiency, particularly Spanish.
- Strong local network within the manufacturing community or trade schools.
