Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles, including interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and manufacturing-specific regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, addressing shop floor issues.
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs, payroll processing support, and leave management for a diverse workforce across shifts.
- Facilitate and track employee training and development initiatives, including safety training, skill development, and compliance courses relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs, emphasizing safety protocols within a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, generating reports as needed for workforce analysis and compliance.
- Comprehensive HR Generalist experience including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, understanding operational demands and workforce dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA compliance and HR best practices relevant to manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and performance management.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and generating HR reports.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
- Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation processes
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
- Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization projects
