Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, particularly regarding safety and shift operations.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity for all employee groups.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives, focusing on safety, technical skills, and leadership for supervisors.
- Support and promote a strong safety culture in collaboration with EHS, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to meet operational demands and future growth.
- Proven experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations (e.g., OSHA), and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for a diverse workforce, including hourly employees.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Previous HR management experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Certification in OSHA 30-hour General Industry.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
