Description

You will have a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Maintain and update employee data in UKG, Kronos and other databases to ensure compliance and that data entry and filing deadlines are achieved.
  • Track attendance, hours worked and other key metrics
  • Prepare and process payroll
  • Coordinate hiring process and maintain applicant tracking system
  • Onboard new hires, review and verify employment documents
  • Support employee and community events
  • Administer broad range of policies, procedures and programs and maintain Robroy HR processes and procedures to assure compliance with legal and organization requirements including talent acquisition, LOA, compensation, benefits, performance, safety, and training.
  • Technical abilities to create efficiency for the team and others including understanding of database capabilities and creating reports.
  • Talent acquisition, recruitment campaign development, first-level screening of candidates.
  • Assist with benefit administration including open enrollment, changes, and new hires
  • Support the safety team and program
  • Maintain HR information systems to ensure compliance and support data reporting needs
  • Back-up front desk by answering phones, greeting customers, updating electronic board and more.

Requirements Include

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associates or Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or related highly preferred
  • PHR or SHRMS-CP preferred
  • Two plus years recent human resources experience providing support. Manufacturing experience preferred.
