We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Hotel Earl of Charlevoix. Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. • Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities
• Ensure all rooms meet quality and cleanliness expectations before guest arrival
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or room damages promptly
• Maintain cleaning carts and storage areas in an organized and tidy condition
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with laundry duties as needed
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and team members

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required (we provide training)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Must be at least 18 years old
