Shepherd’s Hollow is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional team as Cart Attendants. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding our commitment to excellence. We are looking for self‑motivated team players with a positive attitude and a dedication to superior service.

$13.73 per hour plus tips

• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Assist customers with golf bag handling and loading.
• Stage, clean, and maintain the golf cart fleet.
• Ensure the driving range is clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Friendly and Outgoing:
  Able to interact positively with guests and staff.
• Self‑Motivated:
  Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision.
• A Team Player:
  Willing to collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Detail‑Oriented:
  Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner.

• Availability:
  Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, evening, and some weekend shifts. We are happy to work around school schedules.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in golf and customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
