- A Hotel Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations within the hotel, ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and visually appealing. This role manages a team of maintenance curators, coordinates preventive maintenance programs, and partners with hotel leadership to support an exceptional guest experience.
- Oversee daily maintenance activities and work orders across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and hotel grounds.
- Lead projects assigned by Chief Engineer.
- Assign room, mechanical, equipment, and building preventative maintenance to the engineering curators and conduct inspections to ensure that preventative maintenance is completed to hotel and brand standard.
- Supervise, train, and mentor engineering curators and communicate any performance issues to Chief Engineer.
- Ensure accurate records of repairs and inspections are being completed.
- Manage vendor relationships for specialized repairs, inspections, and service contracts.
