THIS IS A FULL-TIME, SEASONAL POSITION FOR THE SUMMER 2026 SEASON (THROUGH THE END OF OCTOBER) At Mission Point Resort, our dining outlets are at the heart of the guest experience. As Mackinac Island’s only full-service, casually elegant resort, we are seeking a motivated and service-driven Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor to help lead daily operations and ensure our guests enjoy exceptional meals, warm hospitality, and seamless service.
AboutThe Role
The Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more resort dining venues. This hands-on leadership role supports staff, monitors service quality, assists with scheduling, and ensures all F&B standards are consistently met.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, and leads with professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.
Qualifications- Experience:
1–2 years in food and beverage, with prior supervisory or lead experience preferred - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent - Leadership
Skills:
Ability to motivate, guide, and support a diverse team - Service Focus:
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service best practices - Professional Traits:
Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure - Communication:
Clear verbal and written communication skills - Team Environment:
Comfortable leading in a multicultural workplace with professionalism and respect - Location Requirement:
Must be able to live and work on Mackinac Island during the season
