As a Kitchenhand, you’ll play a key role in supporting our chefs and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

• Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation and plating
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
• Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
• Taking out rubbish, managing recycling, and restocking supplies

You’re reliable, positive, and enjoy working as part of a team.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Good time management and attention to cleanliness
• A positive attitude and professional approach

• Flexible availability across a rotating 7‑day roster
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
