Responsible for providing guests with a delightful dining experience from the initial reception until the final good‑by in accordance with high standards of guest services.

• Reception and Escort: Handles initial cordial reception to guests upon arrival and provides a prompt courteous escort to a dining table.
• Telephone and Reservations: Answers telephones and takes reservations; verifies reservations and complementaries, if applicable; utilizes reservation system as directed.
• Guest Interaction: Answers any guest questions and refers them to appropriate management personnel; monitors guests’ needs, ensuring requests are promptly fulfilled; demonstrates promptness, efficiency and courteousness; utilizes guests’ names when applicable.
• Appearance and Professionalism: Maintains professional grooming and appearance, acting as a role model per grooming policy; maintains menu knowledge.
• Seating and Coordination: Seats guests according to established rotation procedure, distributes menus, introduces staff, maintains professional rapport with marketing hosts and communicates needs to prioritize services.
• Recordkeeping: Helps record preferential information within reservation system for future service.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred; previous server experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Level 4 Gaming License required.
• Language:
  Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.
• Mathematical:
  Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Reasoning:
  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; deal with problems involving a few concrete variables.

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands for handling objects, lift up to 25 pounds, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Moderate noise level; casino environment typically smoky.
