Job Description:
Under the direction of the Guest Service Manager, the Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for the work that is carried out within the Guest Services Department. Coordinates Guest Services at the conference center so that staff members and guests experience a positive impression of the facility.
- Supervises Guest Services Support Staff to provide 24/7 coverage.
- Coordinates registration functions and transportation for all guests.
- Trains Front Desk/Concierge personnel using training programs established with Aramark and conference center clients.
- Oversees front desk and concierge tasks to ensure world-class service in areas including: check-in/check-out, Lobby Ambassador Program, guest orientation, telephone service technique and PBX operation, handling of guest mail, messages and deliveries, and coordinating guest transportation.
- Maintains a full understanding of the property management system; familiarizes with night audit function.
- Assists guests and follows up on concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintains stock of sundries and restocks as necessary; issues and monitors safe deposit boxes; opens and closes cashier banks.
- Designs and implements training programs to ensure staff are proficient in daily job functions, safety awareness, and Aramark policies and procedures.
- Manages ordering, storing, and inventory of supplies for daily operations.
- Communicates with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Establishes, implements, and follows all emergency procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.

Qualifications- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing world-class service.
- Strong knowledge of personal computers.
- Experience in all facets of guest services.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Preferred: two years in hospitality services or similar environment in a guest services or concierge supervisor role.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or use of PPE may be required.
