Accelerate your culinary career and join our team as a Sous Chef! We are seeking a passionate and creative individual who will collaborate with our talented culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items, ensuring the cleanliness of their work areas, and ensuring that orders are prepared in a timely fashion. May supervise up to twenty (20) Cooks, twenty (20) Prep Cooks, and twenty (20) Dishwashers. Supervisory duties include directing the culinary team's presentation and portioning of food according to property standard, communicating daily with the Executive Chef for an update regarding planning, staffing, and internal procedures, completing daily food requisitions and daily specials, assisting in the hiring, training, and disciplining of culinary staff in accordance with company policies and procedures, ordering food quantities, overseeing production for banquet food operations alongside purchasing, banquet management, and Executive Chef, ensuring all clean up duties are completed throughout the day and at the end of night, and coordinating and supervising the food preparation for dining service and banquet events.

Qualifications- Two (2) years of culinary experience in a supervisory role in a fine‑dining or high‑volume environment at a high‑end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
