HIS-Mackinac owns and operates two hotels on historic Mackinac Island, the Hotel Iroquois and Harbour View Inn. The island offers outdoor recreational activities and a vibrant tourism industry.

We employ approximately 100 people during the summer season from early May through October. Positions are available for energetic individuals who enjoy meeting diverse people.

• Salary: $15.18/hour (OT $22.77/hour)
• Benefits:
  Optional lodging $90/week, board & lodging $135/week; housing deposit $150; bi‑weekly payroll; on‑the‑job training; transportation and subsistence reimbursement after 50% of contract; daily subsistence pay.
• Hours:
  
  35 hours per week; shifts Monday‑Sunday, 7 am‑3 pm or 3 pm‑11 pm; 6 days per week. OT varies.
• Requirements:
  No minimum education or experience required. Must lift 30 lbs. Post‑employment criminal background check and drug testing if suspected of drug use.
• Additional:
  Workers may receive raises/bonuses at company’s discretion; transportation and subsistence costs reimbursed under specified conditions.
