- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices.

- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of all banquet events, ensuring adherence to client specifications and company standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service during events.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate banquet staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Manage inventory and supplies for banquet operations, ensuring all necessary items are available and in good condition.
