- Manage and oversee the Dietary Department
- Provide nutritious, appealing meals that meet resident needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate food and supply purchasing
- Ensure proper food storage and safety compliance
- Operate within and manage an established departmental budget
- Associate degree in a food service–related field
- Dietary Management Certification (required)
- Current Serv Safe Certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience, including 1 year in a management role
- Budget management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Long‑term care or clinical setting experience (preferred)
- Positive, can‑do attitude and excellent attendance
