• Manage and oversee the Dietary Department
• Provide nutritious, appealing meals that meet resident needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate food and supply purchasing
• Ensure proper food storage and safety compliance
• Operate within and manage an established departmental budget

• Associate degree in a food service–related field
• Dietary Management Certification (required)
• Current Serv Safe Certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience, including 1 year in a management role
• Budget management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Long‑term care or clinical setting experience (preferred)
• Positive, can‑do attitude and excellent attendance
