What You’ll Do- Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs for residents
- Support residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs on both a group and individual basis
- Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities
- Help create a positive, welcoming environment that promotes dignity and quality of life
- NCCAP (National Certification Council for Activity Professionals) certification preferred, not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate, enthusiastic, and resident-focused approach
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent attendance and reliability
